Replace fear with faith!

While you were being abused, fear was a frequent companion. Your abuser scared you. You frequently had anxiety about when, where, and how bad the next episode of abuse would be. Living with fear is like running in quicksand, it holds you back.

Having faith is when you know that no matter how bad things may be at the moment they will get better. You know because you believe that there is order to the universe and that a Divine Spirit is in charge.

Fear and faith cannot occupy the same space at the same time. It’s either one or the other.

Just for today choose to live in faith.
