Transformation

If you cut a caterpillar out of its cocoon before it finishes the process of becoming a butterfly it will die. It is necessary for the butterfly to struggle out of the cocoon. The process forces blood into the new butterfly’s wings enabling it to fly.

Transformation is a painful possess. No one likes pain but it is often necessary to achieve things that are truly worthwhile. If you try to avoid the pain you will miss the steps you require to become who you are meant to be.

Don’t try to rush the process

    Absolutely true,

Even when the pain in excrutiating it will pass, but you’ve got to give yourself time . . . and when you wake up one day stronger . . . and not crying as much . . . refusing to return to unhealthy habits . . . you’ll be so triumphant! Dr. Akhu once referred to this process as strengthing your emotional muscles.
